A message from Craig and Wendy

Following goverment guidlines we are now ready to welcome visitors back into the Bar , Restaurant and hotel.

We’ve been working hard in the background to ensure that you and our staff are as safe as possible. This means that there are some changes to how we operate:

* hands must be sanitised on entering - sanitising points at the doorsand pinch points 

Together we can enjoy each others company in a socially distancing environment .

Hotel Guest 

·      Check in time is now 4pm till 10pm and check out before 10am

·      Check in letter explaining all new details given on arrival or sent vis email before guests stay

·      Full cost of guest stay is payable on arrival or pre arrival by card paymen 

Housekeeping and cleaning 

·      Sanitising stations available throughout the hotel in public areas. 

·      Sanitising of corridors doors and hard surface will take place during the day and some area might show a white film on them this is not dirt it the chemical reaction to hard surfaces please bear with us.

·      Additional cleaning routines for all public areas including touchpoint disinfection at regular intervals. 

·      Bedroom cleaning increased to reflect appropriate standards including all touchpoints.  

·      Housekeeping during your stay will be by request only. Details on replacing towels, lining and sundries available from reception

Food and drink

·      Hygiene measures in place for serving of food and beverages.

· ·      Additionally, outdoor seating area for the service of food and drinks

Staff 

Full COVID-19 Risk assessments have been put in place and full staff training on new processes and procedures including COVID-19 specific training. Appropriate PPE issued to staff . All risks have tried to be identified and measures in place to mitigate risk so far as reasonably practicable
